The City of Milan to relocate some its office in the suburbs

The City of Milan bought three assets located in the neighbourhoods of the Corvetto, Bovisa and Cenisio to move there some its offices for a total investment of 102 million euro. The objective is to put for sale the prestigious properties in the city centre, given the interest of the many international funds and private investors.
