Tecnocasa: home-buyers’ budget is growing

According to the latest report by Tecnocasa, the budget for buying a house has grown in all main Italian cities. Specifically, the spending capacity has grown for homes costing up to 119 thousand euro (+26.9%), followed by those ranging between 120 and 169 thousand euro (+23.6) and for properties priced between 170 and 249 thousand euro (+22.1%).
