23 April, Distribuzione Moderna

The works for the Mondojuve retail park designed by the Design International Studio have started. The second plot of the shopping centre will constitute the biggest retail park of Piedmont.

In fact, it will be one of the biggest in Italy, and among the most innovative in Europe in terms of concept, eco-sustainability and road access, with a gross surface when fully operational of 80 thousand Sq m.

Located in Vinovo (TO), the second plot will have a surface of 30 thousand Sq m, it will accommodate medium and large stores, such as Scarpe & Scarpe, Maxi Zoo, Sportland, Conbipel, Ishuè, along with an important consumer electronics brand, a drugstore and a Brico store. The project will be completed by the food offer.

The shopping centre will create 300 jobs, including the construction works, with positive consequences on the local economy.

The project includes 4 buildings (C-E-D-F): the block C and E will be inaugurated in spring 2019, while D and F by 2020. A fifth block G, owned by Juventus FC and dedicated to entertainment, is expected to be completed by 2021.

Moreover, the Green Lifestyle Retail Park will rise beside a multifunctional space with vast green spaces extending for two hectares. It will be consistent with the awareness of the project towards eco-sustainability, in order to be innovative also from this point of view.
