Starhotels to manage 150 apartments in Florence with Hines as investor

Through the fund Future Living managed by Savills, Hines and Blue Noble entered an agreement with Starhotels to manage part of the former Maggio Fiorentino Theatre in Corso Italia, Florence. The area will be converted into 150 high-end apartments to let on a short- and medium-term basis, targeting leisure and business customers.
