Sogeea warns that the number of auctioned houses has risen again

In Italy, the number of houses put on forced sale rose by 21.5% from the end of last year. The situation has worsened in the centre (+60%, 5,482 units) and the south (+33%, 3,399 units), while it has maintained quite stable in the north.
