Small apartments sell better

The surface of the houses sold in Milan has dropped to 82 Sq m (-1.6% on a yearly basis). The data comes from the latest quarterly report by the Revenue Agency. The reason might be the increase in the demand for small-sized apartments to buy for investment.
On a national level, the average surface sold is equal to 105.9 Sq m, having grown by 0.7% from 2017.
