ReViva: auctioned properties in Italy depreciate on average by 57%

ReViva reports that properties on auction in Italy depreciate on average by 57%. 72% of the auctions end being inquorate, and every time a property is put again on sale, it loses 25% of its value on average. The auctioned assets are composed of residential properties for 61%, non-residential properties for 29% and land for 10%.
