Rents: prices continue growing

The agency Solo Affitti reports that prices have continued growing also in 2019, registering a 2.1% increase and an average price of 616 euro a month. Bologna, Bari, Palermo and Milan lead the trend. The main reason for such increase is due to the rise of short-term rentals, that had shifted properties from the residential use to the touristic one, along with the intention of home-owners to sell since the market picked up.
