Rental record: Lvmh to pay 24 million euro in Via Montenapoleone, Milan

The luxury group decided to extend its flagship store, uniting all its brand in just one shop, by taking over the Armani store nearby and the entire building at number 2 of Via Montenapoleone. The rent is said to amount around 24 million euro for an area of 8 thousand Sq m. The owner of the property is the company Bacamul of the Babbini family.
