RCS re-purchased Corriere della Sera offices in Milan for €59.9 mln

Following a lawsuit concerning the operation in 2013, RCS bought back from Blackstone for €59.9 million the office building in Via Solferino, Milan, occupied by the newspaper Corriere della Sera. Moreover, the two companies mutually waive any legal action, and RCS shall pay to Blackstone €10 million for the legal expenses.
