Prologis obtained surface rights to an area in Milan Produce Market

Sogemi, the company managing the Produce Market in Milan, granted Prologis surface rights to a 25,780 Sq m area inside the market, where it’s meant to implement logistic facilities covering 12,000 Sq m. The surface rights will expire in June 2060. This is the first case of private last mile logistic project for public use.
