Prelios at the advanced stage of the due diligence on the 10-billion-euro UTP portfolio of Intesa Sanpaolo

Prelios is about to complete the assessment of the UTP portfolio valued 10 billion euro of Intesa Sanpaolo. The operation implies that Davidson Kempner, which controls Prelios, will acquire 4 billion euro of the credits, while the remaining 6 billion will stay in the books of the bank and will be managed by Prelios.
The portfolio includes about 10 thousand holdings, with corporate and real estate credits in equal shares.
