P3 Logistic Parks GLA rose by 67% in 2020

P3 Logistic Parks closed 2020 with a 67% increase in the gross leasable area of its Italian assets (from 260,000 Sq m in 2019 to 450,000 Sq m) and a 98% occupancy rate. In the company’s pipeline there are about 200,000 Sq m in turnkey projects in the country, focusing on the Bologna and Rome areas.
