Offices, stock and rents rising

In the third quarter, the office stock has reached in Milan 12.34 million Sq m, slightly increased compared to the previous quarter. Unlet places have increased too, reaching 14% but, as Colliers explains, the data is influenced by the 50 thousand Sq m of properties completely renovated that will be soon put on the market. The highest rentals are still at 510 euro per metre per year.
