Oaktree negotiating stake in Costa theme parks

The international private equity fund should be in the advanced stage of the negotiations concerning Costa Edutainment, held by Vei Capital, to acquire a minority stake (16.45%) in the capital of Costa.
The entertainment and theme park sector consists of over 230 facilities in Italy, generating a turnover of 376 million along with 800 million euro from downstream activities.
