The construction works for a new property (mainly for logistic and warehouse purposes) have started inside the logistic centre in Arese. The grade A property will have a total surface of over 40 thousand Sq m. It will mostly serve as a warehouse, with offices on the mezzanine floor and it will be divided into three compartments that can be further parted, for a minimum surface of 5 thousand Sq m each. The initiative comes from the Fund Go Italia I managed by IDeA Fimit Sgr. This is the first real estate operation of the group since the end of 2013 carried out without commission but instead dedicated to the ready-to-use market. The investment for the property will be around 11 million, with 13 million to be added for the requalification of the area. The commercialisation of the building will be completed by spring 2018 and will be solely assigned to Cushman&Wakefield and Gva Redilco.
