Negative performance of real estate funds

The Italian market for real estate funds is in good shape, but the performance of the invested capitals will go from 0.4% in 2017 to 0.3% in 2018. The outlook comes from Scenari Immobiliari, which forecasts that the number of Italian property funds will rise to 430 units, with a 54.4 billion euro Nav and managed assets for 60 billion euro, 2 billion more from the previous year.
