Namira Sgr to invest 200 mln € in the requalification of Ventimiglia marina

Namira Sgr has recently presented its project for the urban requalification of Marina di Ventimiglia (Liguria), developing on a 57,000 Sq m surface, for a total investment of 200 million €. Namira will develop a five-star hotel offering 20 rooms and 60 apartments, 70 holiday homes, and various food and beverage options. Besides, Borgo del Forte Campus will offer an international campus featuring a wide range of sports facilities, dorms and conference spaces from converting the existing warehouse.
