Mps accepted Ardian’s offer

Mps accepted the binding offer from the French group Ardian concerning its real estate portfolio consisting of 28 assets for a value of 320-350 million euro.
The portfolio includes several prime assets such as a historical building in Via del Corso in Rome, two buildings in Florence’s city centre, and the bank’s former headquarters in Milan in Via Santa Margherita. Moreover, the transaction also concerns assets in Padova, Mantova, Reggio Emilia, Trieste and Brindisi.
