Monza and Brianza seem not to be benefitting from Milan’s excellent performance

The average prices in Monza and Brianza are respectively 2,826 euro/Sq m and 1,954 euro/Sq m, while those in Milan are more than double. Things might change soon with the extension of the M5 metro line linking Brianza to Milan.
