Milan: Rovati got Palazzo dell Informazione in Milan for 175 million from DeA Capital

Following a tender that saw the participation of national and international players, the building known as Palazzo dell Informazione in Milan went to the Rovati family for 175 million euro. This has been the biggest single-asset transaction of the year. Moreover, the buyer is a private investor. The asset was sold by the fund Atlantic 1 managed by DeA Capital Real Estate Sgr.
