Milan: Prologis completed the first urban logistic facility in Italy

Prologis completed Milano DC2, the first built-to-suit urban logistic facility in Italy, covering 13,300 Sq m and located in the C.A.M.M. area of Milan, a primary logistics hub. The asset was built by the general contractor FAST Srl on behalf of an express courier. The facility develops over two floors, with warehouses for over 3,400 Sq m and offices for 700 Sq m, and aims at getting the LEED Silver certification.
