Milan: prices in Brera and Quadrilatero reached 18 thousand euro/Sq m

Nomisma reported that transactions for luxury homes amounted to 24,500, having increased by 3.4% on yearly basis. The most sought-after area is the old city, with prices in Brera and Quadrilatero reaching 18 thousand euro/Sq m. Following the global trend, buyers focus on small apartments (smaller than 50 Sq m), which reported a 13% increase.
