Milan: Investire Sgr requalified an office building in Porta Nuova

Investire Sgr completed the requalification of an office building in Porta Nuova, Milan, following an investment of 7 million €. The two levels underground will be occupied by technical laboratories, while the ground floor will accommodate a restaurant. The floors above will consist of offices and apartments, for 2,800 Sq m of total office space leased to Intrum Italy.
