Mediobanca acquired an office building in Milan for 102.5 million euro from Kryalos

Kryalos sgr accepted the offer from Mediobanca on behalf of its private banking clients to acquire the office building located in Via Santa Margherita 12, Milan. The asset has a surface of 6,400 Sq m over six floors. It’s Leed Platinum certified and leased to international tenants. The property is valued around 102.5 million euro.
