Kryalos completed three logistics operations in 2020

Through its real estate alternative investment fund named Venus, which specializes in last-mile logistics investments, Kryalos Sgr acquired 12 logistics assets in 2020, for a total GLA of 120,000 Sq m.

Three assets, which are located near Bergamo and cover an approximate surface of 47,000 Sq m, are fully let to a global technology leading company. In Rome, Kryalos acquired seven properties leased to multiple tenants for a total surface of about 53,000 Sq m. The last two assets are near Brescia, have a 19,000 Sq m surface and are entirely leased to an international machinery manufacturer.
