Kryalos acquired 42 last-mile logistics assets

At the end of 2019, Kryalos Sgr, through its fund Aphrodite, held a portfolio of 42 last-mile logistics assets. Kryalos was assisted by Mileaway, the leading European platform specialised in last-mile logistics launched by Blackstone in 2019.
The assets have in total a 280,000 Sq m GLA (over 1 billion Sq m gross surface) and are mostly located in Northern Italy.
