Italian retail real estate is almost worth 9 billion euro

According to the latest report by Scenari Immobiliari, in 2018 the retail segment reported a turnover of 8.9 billion, and it’s expected to reach 9.3 billion in 2020. The main transactions concerned a total surface of 148 thousand Sq m for a value of 293 million euro, located in dominant positions in terms of the catchment area, such as Gran Shopping Mongolfiera in Molfetta, Centro Sicilia in Catania, and Gialdo shopping centre in Turin.
