InvestiRE Sgr acquired three assisted living facilities from Kos Group

Through its closed-end fund Spazio Sanità, InvestiRE Sgr (Banca Finnat Group) acquired from Kos Group a sale & leaseback portfolio consisting of three assisted living facilities. Two assets are located in the Province of Florence, in Borgo San Lorenzo and Campi Bisenzio, while the third is near Novara, in Borgomanero. The three assets offer 260 beds in total and will be managed by Kos.
