Intesa Sanpaolo to sell UPTs without capital losses

The transfer of UTPs by Intesa Sanpaolo to Prelios might be carried out at book values, namely 3.5 billion euro. The remainder of Intesa UTPs amounting to 6.5 billion will be managed by Prelios through a servicing agreement.
