The Inps tower will be torn down, a new skyscraper coming soon

The demolition works of the former Inps tower in Via Melchiorre Gioia have started. A 26-storey glass building will raise in its place. Manfredi Catella, Ceo of Coima sgr, is taking care of the works. The company, in fact, acquired the area two years ago for 75 million and is operating on behalf of the Abu Dhabi sovereign fund (Adia).
The start of the construction works is scheduled for the summer, while the completion is expected in 2020.
