06 February, Il Sole 24 Ore
Hines plans to invest 800 million euro in Rome in the next 24months, focusing on offices and high street in the city centre. Meanwhile, the group’s activities continue in Milan, especially for what concerns student housing. Hines is also looking to rotate its real estate portfolio by selling some of its recently requalified value-add offices assets. At the same time, some trophy assets such as Torre Velasca and the Uniqlo store in Piazza Cordusio will remain in the portfolio.
