High streets in Milan are becoming more expensive

The high street market in Milan is booming. In the last 12 months, prime rents have significantly increased, setting at 4,500 euro/Sq m in the second quarter of 2018 and reporting a 75-euro increase compared to the same period of the previous year. Meanwhile, there are no significant variations for the other retail assets in the city. According to JLL, there haven’t been any major changes since the end of 2017.
