Goldman Sachs to sell two office buildings in Milan

The properties are located in the centre of Milan, and they consist of two communicating buildings covering 20 thousand Sq m. Goldman Sachs might obtain 230-250 million euro from the sale (the expected return is set between 3.5%-3.75%). The tender addresses core and core plus investors since the assets offer good growth margins.
