Genoa: the former monastery Palazzo Belvedere converted into luxury apartments

8 October, Liguria Business Journal

Palazzo Belvedere, a former nunnery in Genova Quarto, had been turned into 26 high-end flats. The property had been bought by Fincos (recently acquired by Bain Credit Capital) and is managed by Capital Services srl (also property of the American fund). The apartments will be marketed by Santandrea Luxury Houses, the luxury division of Gabetti, while Scc Srl oversaw the restructuring works.

The monastery is surrounded by 10,000 Sq m of green area, and it’s just 500 metres from the seat. It was put for sale in 2004 because unused.
