Funds: positive trend in December

13 January, Milano Finanza

Property funds continue to grow. The Bnp Paribas index for listed property funds registered in December 2017 an increase of 4.23% compared to the previous month, setting at 188.94, a new record. In the last month, the index performed better than equities and obligations, and better than the Epra index, the main index for European real estate. In the meanwhile, the gap between the stock value and the net asset value has reduced and set at 37.59%. The sector capitalization increased reaching 1.43 billion euro, with 19 listed property funds. The Nav values are still preliminary. For the definitive ones, we must wait for the publication of the final statements for 2017, usually around February.
