Funding for 150 million for Gioia22

Gioia 22, the new office skyscraper in Porta Nuova in Milan replacing the former Inps building in Via Melchiorre Gioia 22, will receive a funding of 150 million. The tower is designed by the architect Gregg Jones from the firm Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and will have 26 floors above ground and 4 underground, for a total surface of 68 thousand Sq m. Coima sgr has concluded the funding (for a duration of five years) with a pool domestic and international banks, including Bnp Paribas (mandated lead arranger and bookrunner), Credit Agricole Cib (mandated lead arranger, bookrunner and agent), and Ubi Banca (lead arranger).
