Fund ReItaly transferred to Kryalos for 280 mln €

The management of the real estate fund ReItaly has been recently transferred to Kryalos Sgr. The fund includes 12 retail assets for a total GLA of 220,000 Sq m and value around 280 million €. Among the assets, there are Bicocca Village and Pioltello Multiplex, both in Milan, and 45° Nord in Moncalieri, Turin.
