From the Park towers to East Uptown. New residential developments for Milan

The Park towers by Bluestone in the Feltre neighbourhood will be 77 and 55 metres high and facing on Lambro park. With 130 apartments built on a requalified industrial area, the towers will be ready in 2023. Meanwhile, the East Uptown skyscraper by Euromilano will be finished by April 2022 for a total height of 90 metres.
Other projects are the student halls by Redo, covering a 65 Sq m area and rising in the requalified area of the Greco rail yard, and the developments in Cascina Merlata Social village and Città Contemporanea, reaching 80 metres.
Despite residential transactions down by 15% due to Covid, many of the apartments have already been sold, with prices starting from 2 thousand euro/Sq m up to 4 thousand euro/Sq m.
