Four Points by Sheraton Milan to a private equity fund

The hotel Four Points by Sheraton Milan in Porta Nuova was sold by Ana Hospitality to an American private equity fund. The asset develops over 12 floors and offers 239 rooms, seven meeting rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a fitness centre and a panoramic view from the rooftop.
