Florence: 1.8% growth in property prices

The residential market in Florence reported a 1.8% increase in the first half of 2019, while transactions were 2,489, registering a -7.3% decline from the same period of 2018. Prices reported the sharpest growth in the city centre (+3%), where investments for tourist rentals were mainly focused.
