Finint acquired two buildings in Padua to be converted into student residences

Finint Investments sgr announced the acquisition of two high-rises in Padua to turn into student halls. The transaction was carried out through the fund Pitagora, which aims at investing a total of €100 million in student housing to offer approximately 1600 beds by renovating existing properties located in the main Italian university towns.
