Fincos relaunching real estate investments

The group Fincos is ready to restart real estate investments in Italy thanks to the support of Bain Capital Credit, present in Italy through Aquileia Capital Service. The debt restructuring plan will allow resuming works for about 250 million euro, 50 million of which originating from new investments.
