Fiaip: residential transactions on the rise in Reggio Emilia

According to Fiaip, the residential market in Reggio Emilia reported a 6% growth for a total of 6,000 transactions, thanks to the stable prices and the easy access to credit. The average prices for a new or refurbished property in the city centre of Reggio Emilia are comprised between 2,000-3,600 euro/Sq m.
