Enpacl confers other six properties to the fund Bernini of Sorgente sgr

The assets owned by Bernini are growing, the property fund created and managed by Sorgente sgr at the end of 2015 to promote the assets of Enpacl (the social security authority for work consultants). The institution, in fact, has decided to confer to the fund other six properties for a value of 52.6 million and to underwrite additional shares for about 10 million. In this way, the assets managed by Bernini rise to a value of 177 million euro. The new transfer includes a hotel to be requalified, two residential properties and two offices for rental, and a barrack. All the properties are located in strategic areas of Rome, in the north-eastern and south-eastern parts of the city. The six assets are included in a portfolio already comprehending 8 properties for office, commercial and touristic use in Rome and Milan. The fund has recently acquired a commercial property of 1,000 Sq m leased to an international group operating in the luxury sector, not far away from the new Rinascente department stores, in the famous Via Tritone, currently undergoing some renovation works. “2017 confirms to be a year rich of important operations for Sorgente Sgr”, declares the general director Giovanni Cerrone. “Only in December, we’ve increased the managed assets by 180 million”.
