Dea Capital Real Estate shopping in Milan

After months of waiting, Palazzo Missori, in Via Gonzaga in Milan, has found a buyer.

According to the rumours, the building owned by the Land Registry Office and rented by Inps (which currently occupies the office part and will continue to occupy it for the coming years) has been bought by Dea Capital real estate on behalf of a fund for institutional investors. The property is composed of offices and shops and was built between 1933 and 1938 with a surface of over 16 thousand Sq m. The transaction is valued over 50 million euro.

Moreover, Dea Capital has recently finalized also the acquisition for the hotel NYX in Piazza IV Novembre, in front of the Central Station in Milan. In this case, the purchasing prices have been higher than 60 million euro.

In the last two years, Dea Capital Real Estate has started 13 new property funds and has finalised operations for 2.6 billion, confirming its status of the biggest Italian asset management company for real estate in terms of assets under management.
