Cushman & Wakefield: Monte Napoleone in Milan is the fifth most expensive shopping street in the world

14 November, Corriere della Sera

In its latest report about luxury retail, Cushman & Wakefield analysed 448 high streets in 68 countries. Monte Napoleone in Milan is the fifth most expensive street in the world, the third in Europe and the first in Italy. Nevertheless, the demand for commercial spaces in the street is very high, and shops don’t stay unlet for more than one month. Rentals here have doubled over the last four years – from 7,100 euro/Sq m in 2015 to 13.700 euro/Sq m.
