Conad-Auchan acquisition: closing expected by 31st July

Conad announced the closing of the acquisition of Auchan Retail Italia for 31^st July. The operation involves approximately 18 thousand employees. The negotiation between Conad, Auchan and the unions are ongoing on the themes of investments, occupational guarantees, staff and surface reduction.
