Coima Res acquired two office assets in Milan

With an off-market operation, Coima obtained two entirely leased office assets in Milan for a total value of 158 million euro and a 5% average return. The assets are the Microsoft headquarters in Porta Nuova (Via Pasubio 21) for 97.5 million euro and the Philips offices in Bicocca (Viale Sarca 235) for 60.5 million euro.
The operation is consistent with Coima’s objective of focusing on prime offices in Milan. Following the transaction, the company’s exposure to Milan is now equal to 87%, the exposure to Porta Nuova is 47%, and the exposure to the office segment is 82%.
