Coima acquired the Microsoft and Philips headquarters in Milan for 158 million euro in total

Coima Res bought the Microsoft offices in Viale Pasubio and the Philips office in Bicocca respectively for 97.5 and 60.5 million euro. The operations pursue Coima’s strategy of focusing on prime offices in Milan, achieving exposure to the Milan market equal to 87%.
